Made entirely from the JARC 74158 variety, the coffee is handpicked at peak ripeness, carefully sorted and washed, then slowly dried on raised beds.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe result is a vibrant, fruit-forward expression of Sidama with a lush, layered sweetness. Juicy mango leads the way, followed by the rich, jammy character of black cherry and a soft, ripe banana note that brings a creamy roundness to the cup.
